Job Description

Wilkie Sanderson is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team. This role handles the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of CNC machinery used to produce high-quality millwork components. What You'll Do :
Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and drill wood and composite materials Review drawings, work orders, and job specs before starting each run Set up tooling, load materials, and make adjustments to keep parts within tolerance Watch for quality issues and flag anything that doesn't look right Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines Work closely with leads and teammates to keep production moving
What You'll Need:
Experience running CNC machinery (woodworking experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong mechanical skills) Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools Comfortable using computers and production software Strong attention to detail and steady work habits Ability to lift materials and stand for most of the shift Reliable attendance
Pay:
$22.50 - $31.00 per hour
