Pay & Shift Earn up to $45/hour based on experience 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts Available Overtime opportunities available Long-term, stable career opportunity Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Machines Perform machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workholding Run first articles and make machine adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Maintain tight tolerances on precision machined components Perform in-process inspections and document results Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes Preferred Machine Experience Experience with one or more of the following is highly desired: CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 3-Axis and 5-Axis Machining Centers HAAS, Doosan, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, and Makino equipment CNC Lathes with Live Tooling and Y-Axis Capability Twin-Spindle / Twin-Turret Lathes Swiss Machines including Citizen, Star, Tsugami, and Miyano Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Experience using precision measuring equipment Ability to hold tight tolerances and produce high-quality parts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision machining experience is a plus Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
