• Responsibilities
• + Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Machines + Perform machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workholding + Run first articles and make machine adjustments as needed + Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions + Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges + Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met + Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues + Maintain tight tolerances on precision machined components + Perform in-process inspections and document results + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes •Preferred Machine Experience•Experience with one or more of the following is highly desired: + CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills + 3-Axis and 5-Axis Machining Centers + HAAS, Doosan, Mazak, Mori Seiki, Okuma, and Makino equipment + CNC Lathes with Live Tooling and Y-Axis Capability + Twin-Spindle / Twin-Turret Lathes + Swiss Machines including Citizen, Star, Tsugami, and Miyano •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred + Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T + Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling + Experience using precision measuring equipment + Ability to hold tight tolerances and produce high-quality parts + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision machining experience is a plus •Why Join Our Team?

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $28.

00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
