Responsibilities Operating CNC mills and lathes Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments Inspect finished parts using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods No prior CNC experience required — training provided Why Join Sonju Industrial?
