The Role We are looking for a dedicated Fine Furniture Builder to join our production floor. In this role, your primary focus will be on the actual building of our furniture, utilizing your woodworking skills to execute flawless solid hardwood glue-ups. You will also have the opportunity to expand your expertise on heavy industrial machinery.

We are actively looking to train the right candidate to become a CNC Machine Operator . If you have the drive to learn, we have the tools to teach you!

What You Will Do:

Build Furniture:

Be hands-on in the creation process, turning raw premium hardwoods into stunning, finished furniture pieces.

Master Glue-Ups:

Execute high-quality solid hardwood glue-ups for panels, tabletops, and structural components, ensuring tight seams and perfect alignment.

Read & Execute:

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure every piece is built precisely to our high standards.

Machine Operation:

Operate (or learn to operate) large-scale industrial woodworking machinery, including 4-side moulders and wide belt sanders.

Grow Your Skills:

Optional Track:

Cross-train on our CNC machines to become a fully-fledged CNC Operator.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Woodworking Skills:

Proven experience in building furniture, with a strong, specific focus on solid hardwood glue-ups and working with premium wood species.

Technical Ability:

The ability to accurately read and understand technical drawings. Eagerness to

Previous experience on industrial machines (moulders, wide-belt sanders) is fantastic, but an enthusiastic willingness to learn is just as important.
