JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, individual with a strong background in CNC Machining using lathes and mills. This individual must have experience in machining metal products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup and operate Haas 3-4 axis mills and Haas lathes Read dimensional prints and basic GD&T Accurately measure parts to 0.0001 inches Working knowledge of tooling and tool selection Report individual quality & productivity measurables to management Maintain good communication with team members and related internal departments Maintain 5S standards Ability to read and understand basic G-code Follow company policies, procedures and protocols Identify and promptly report any safety hazards or issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Must have proficient knowledge of mill/lathe equipment in machining metal Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read and write as demonstrated by completion of the employment application A minimum of three years of relevant CNC operation experience Must have proficient mathematical skills Must be able to use measuring equipment to determine part quality and accuracy Must have basic computer knowledge Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen

1st Shift Position Typical Monday to Friday Must be willing to work overtime when needed
