401(k) Health Care Dental Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Machinist to join a well-established manufacturing and metal fabrication operation in Fargo. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist who is comfortable operating both CNC and manual machines and can take ownership of the daily workflow within the machining area. The right candidate will bring strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and the leadership skills needed to help keep work moving safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining equipment. Operate manual machining equipment as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Machine parts and components to required dimensions and tolerances. Measure finished parts using appropriate precision measuring tools. Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot machining and production issues. Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities within the machining work area. Help prioritize jobs and maintain an efficient workflow. Support and guide other employees in the machining area. Monitor workmanship and ensure parts meet quality requirements. Perform routine machine maintenance and identify equipment concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety and production procedures. Qualifications Previous professional machining experience required. Experience operating CNC machines required. Experience with manual machining equipment required. Ability to independently set up and operate machining equipment. Strong understanding of machining practices, tolerances, and measurements. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring equipment. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the machining area. Previous lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience is strongly preferred. Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills. Schedule Day Shift 6:00 AM

•4:30 PM Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Higher compensation may be available for candidates with strong machining and leadership experience.
