Responsibilities Execute precise machining operations by setting up and calibrating CNC equipment to meet complex design specifications. Drive production output by monitoring machine performance and performing real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy. Ensure component integrity by utilizing advanced measuring tools and mathematical calculations to verify dimensions against technical drawings. Proactively troubleshoot operational issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and streamline the fabrication of custom parts and fixtures. Maintain a high-standard, organized, and safe shop floor environment in compliance with all safety protocols. Required Skills Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a professional manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics. Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Solid understanding of shop math for machining calculations and material fabrication. Demonstrated ability to safely handle hand tools and various production equipment.
