• (South Jersey) A precision manufacturing company in South Jersey is hiring an experienced Lead CNC Mill Machinist (Horizontal Mills). You'll program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines, lead setups and troubleshooting for operators, and machine high-precision parts. What you'll do Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software Assist operators with machine setups and troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments and verify tolerances Follow manufacturing procedures and safety standards What we're looking for Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills Proficiency with CAM software and CNC programming Blueprint reading and precision measurement (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Strong mechanical aptitude; reliable and quality-focused Bonus points for Multi-axis machining centers
