Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and machine parts from start to finish with minimal supervision. Interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. Program, edit, and transfer CNC programs using Fanuc controls (G-code/M-code). Cut and prepare soft jaws for custom work holding setups. Identify appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds based on material. Machine components to exact specifications, maintaining tolerances. Inspect and verify part dimensions using basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Perform preventive maintenance and follow company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to resolve machining or setup challenges. Perform secondary operations on manual machines. Other duties as assigned About the
