Full-Time Inova Staffing is currently hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH! This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for a first-shift position with competitive pay and a strong benefits package. Applicants MUST have previous experincePosition OverviewThe CNC Machinist will set up and operate CNC machines using blueprints, specifications, and job layouts while maintaining very close dimensional tolerances. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and a commitment to producing quality parts.

ResponsibilitiesSet up new and repeat CNC jobs from blueprints and job routersCreate programs at the machine and produce parts to blueprint specificationsComplete first article approvalOperate CNC machines while monitoring part qualityChange worn tooling and make machine offsets as neededInspect and document critical featuresComplete production documentation and daily setup/production entriesProperly label and identify machined partsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork independently while communicating issues and developments to the foreman and engineering team

QualificationsRequired:

CNC machining experienceProficiency with Fanuc M and G codesAbility to read blueprints with a solid understanding of GD&TExperience using inspection equipmentStrong math skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred:
