Sidney, OH Flexible Shifts Available:
Night Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM (4) 12-hour shifts = 3 day weekends!

Weekly Competitive Pay + Shift Diff + Overtime Available + Benefits & 401k Day #1 Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and producing high-quality components? Join a team manufacturing mission-critical aerospace parts where your machining expertise directly impacts product quality, customer success, and operational excellence. We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with Milling, Lathe, HMC, and VMC experience who can independently set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot precision machining processes in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Lathes, Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and first-piece approvals Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment Adjust tooling, offsets, and machining parameters to maintain quality and productivity Troubleshoot machining issues and identify root causes Monitor tooling performance and optimize machining processes Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet customer requirements Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing Experience operating and setting up CNC Lathes, HMCs, and/or VMCs Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience using precision measuring equipment Ability to hold tight tolerances (±.0005" or better preferred) Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes Experience troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated manufacturing experience Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Makino, Mori Seiki, or similar controls Multi-axis machining experience (4-axis/5-axis) CNC programming or G-code editing experience AS9100 quality system experience CAM software experience Technical machining education or apprenticeship background Apply today and bring your machining expertise to a team where precision matters.
