This is a hands-on position for someone who knows their way around manual machine tools, can work independently, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts. The ideal candidate is comfortable setting up and operating manual mills and lathes, reading prints, selecting tooling, and inspecting their own work. We value practical machining experience, technical ability, and problem-solving skills . What You'll Do Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other conventional machine tools Machine parts from drawings, prints, sketches, and specifications Determine appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences Perform turning, facing, boring, drilling, tapping, threading, milling, and related operations Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Hold required dimensions and tolerances Inspect your own work throughout the machining process Troubleshoot machining and setup issues Maintain machines, tooling, and a clean, safe work area Work closely with other machinists, assembly personnel, and management to complete jobs on schedule

What We're Looking For Required:
