You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE A
minimum of 2 years of experience in machining or a related field. Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
