You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of aerospace manufacturing operations, supporting Honeywell Aerospace's commitment to excellence and innovation in aviation technology. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assembly of aerospace components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions and specifications. Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify any defects or issues. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing assembly roles demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and techniques used in aerospace manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical documentation. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards applicable to aerospace products. Proficiency in using hand tools and basic measuring instruments.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related industry. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
