Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Machinist for a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing machining experience and be able to accurately read a tape measure. This position will predominantly involve operating a band saw.Job Responsibilities
- Operate a band saw to cut materials according to specifications
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
- Perform machining-related tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Follow production instructions and maintain accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work areaRequirements
- Previous manufacturing machining experience required
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
- Experience operating a band saw preferred
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environmentAdditional Information
- Starting pay of $17.00/hour
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
