We have opportunities for machinists with experience on CNC mills and lathes, from experienced operators/set-up machinists to higher-level machinists. • Day Shift Hillsboro 4-Axis Vertical Mill Machinist
• Swing Shift CNC Lathe Machinist
• Day & Swing Shifts Tigard CNC Mill
• Level III
• Swing Shift / Weekend Shift Oxyfuel Burn Table
• Swing Shift What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications Select and use appropriate tooling and measuring equipment Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production requirements Inspect parts and verify dimensions and specifications Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety and quality procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining experience Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machining tooling Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to troubleshoot problems and make appropriate machine adjustments Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage production priorities CNC Controls & Equipment Experience with the following is a plus: Haas AWEA Doosan Toyota Fanuc controls Experience with lean manufacturing principles is also a plus.
