What You'll Be Doing Precision Execution:

Set up and operate CNC machines independently, crafting small-lot production runs with precision tolerances down to $\pm0.001 - 0.0005"$.

Blueprint Translation:

Interpret complex engineering blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical schematics to bring raw designs to life.

Mastering Castings:

Work with a wide variety of high-spec casting alloys, including sand and investment castings.

Quality Assurance:

Utilize microrings, calipers, depth gauges, and advanced precision instruments to inspect finished parts for zero-defect quality.

Machine Care & Safety:

Conduct routine daily equipment checks, keep machines running smoothly, and maintain an immaculate, ultra-safe shop environment. What You Bring to the

Table Proven Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.

Technical Sharpness:

Confident reading prints and using precision measurement tools.

Code Familiarity:

Practical knowledge or understanding of G-code and M-code is a big plus!

Casting Expertise:

Prior experience working with sand and investment castings is highly preferred.
