Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Machinist with strong CNC machining expertise to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fanuc controls, CNC lathes, and milling machines, along with the ability to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.

Program and operate machines using Fanuc controls.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Perform precision measurements and inspections to ensure product quality.

Maintain compliance with all workplace safety policies and operational procedures.

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary machine adjustments.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.

Strong experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines.

Proficiency with Fanuc controls.

Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
