Our client is a growing aerospace manufacturer seeking CNC Machinists to join their team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, quality-focused individual who wants to build their skills and grow with a company long term.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and EDM equipment using established programs, fixtures, and processes. Make basic machine and program adjustments as needed. Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Inspect parts and make corrections to maintain quality. Monitor machine performance, tooling, feeds, and speeds. Complete required production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Troubleshoot routine issues and work independently. Participate in continuous improvement efforts. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. CNC operating experience required; relevant manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read basic blueprints and manufacturing instructions. Basic understanding of machining processes and inspection. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Stable work history and willingness to learn. EDM experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided.
