  • II to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision metal components in the defense & aerospace industries that meet AS9100D quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine setup, and measurement will ensure efficient production processes and high-quality outputs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining tools and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up & operate CNC milling machines to produce high quality parts in compliance with QC & production requirements Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing. Conduct quality inspections utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other precision measuring instruments. Maintain detailed documentation of machine setups, process adjustments, and inspection results to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards. 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) / 5 days per week Quarterly bonuses based on company wide performance.
