What You'll Do Set Up & Operate:

Load raw materials, make adjustments, and operate CNC machines to produce parts within precise specs.

Inspect & Correct:

Read blueprints, check dimensions, detect malfunctions, and adjust controls or programming as needed.

Quality & Safety:

Communicate non-conformances for corrective action and maintain a safe, clean shop environment.

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School degree.

Experience:

Experienced machinist with strong CNC background (CNC Lathe, Mazak, and Makino preferred). Programming skills are a major plus.

Technical Skills:

Blueprint reading, precision measuring, and strong shop math abilities.

Physical & Soft Skills:

High mechanical aptitude, analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
