Job Description

CNC Machinist - Oil & Gas Drilling Equipment (3+ Years Experience Required)

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and program CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) O-M Ltd Neo-20EX with Fanuc control . Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions . Use precision measuring instruments and gauges to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements. Maintain required records, documentation, and machine certifications . Follow company operating procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements . Ensure compliance with API and ISO quality requirements . Complete machining work on time to support production, purchasing, and shipping schedules .

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of machining experience . Experience operating CNC lathes. Experience machining large components or heavy equipment . Experience in oilfield equipment manufacturing or repair . Familiarity with Fanuc control systems . Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators . Ability to read technical drawings and machining specifications . Preferred Qualifications (Plus): Experience operating manual lathe and drill press. Experience operating CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM) including: Varnsdorf

with Heidenhain control , or Giddings & Lewis HBM with Fanuc control .
