The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating
HAAS CNC
machines , performing machine setups and tool changes, making tool offset adjustments, and inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment. If you would like to apply or have any questions, please call (469) 310-5850 and ask for either Juana or Daniela. Shift 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:45 PM, Monday-Friday Some Saturdays may be required. 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:45 PM, Monday-Friday Some Saturdays may be required.
Pay Rate:
$18-$23/hour based on experience, plus shift differential for 2nd shift. Responsibilities
  • Operate
HAAS CNC
machining centers safely and efficiently.
  • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform setup and changeovers as required for different part numbers.
  • Make tool offset adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.
  • Perform fixture and workholding setup to ensure proper and secure part positioning.
  • Make program adjustments , including adjustments involving G-code and M- code.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify parts meet drawing and quality requirements.
  • Maintain tight tolerances and meet established quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations related to machining.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools. Requirements
  • CNC machining experience.
  • Ability to operate
HAAS CNC
machining centers.
  • Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes.
  • Ability to perform setup and changeovers.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Basic understanding of G-code and M-code.
  • Experience making tool offset adjustments.
  • Experience making basic program adjustments.
  • Experience with fixture/workholding setup.
  • Ability to perform First Article Inspection.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues.
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances.
  • Experience using Calipers, Micrometers, Bore gauges, Height gauges, Thread gauges
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Must have stable work history.
