CNC MACHINIST
Monday- Friday 6:00 AM
- 5:30 PM $20.00

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Select, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments. Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Monitor machine performance and make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards. Load raw materials and unload finished parts. Deburr, clean, and inspect finished components. Replace worn cutting tools as needed. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical certificate in machining or a related field preferred, or at least 12 months of CNC machining experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, procedure manuals, and safety guidelines. Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and shop trigonometry. Ability to solve practical problems and make real-time decisions in a manufacturing environment. Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. Ability to write basic production and quality reports.Pay:
