Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor machine operation and report quality or equipment concerns.
• Deburr and finish parts as needed.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Working hours:

6:00 AM

• 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous CNC machine operating experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moderate to high noise levels.
