Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-4:30 PM 40 hours per week — three-day weekends every week We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who knows how to set up and run Haas CNC equipment, including 5-axis trunnion machining . This is a hands-on machining position. We need someone who can walk up to a machine, read the print and setup sheets, set up the job, prove out the program, make good parts, and troubleshoot problems when they come up. This is not a button-pusher position. We are looking for a machinist who understands their craft and can independently keep work moving. What You'll Do Set up and operate Haas CNC machining centers Set up and run 5-axis trunnion work Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T Select, install, and set cutting tools Set work offsets and tool offsets Load, prove out, and adjust CNC programs Inspect parts using precision inspection equipment Make tool and work offsets as needed to maintain dimensions Troubleshoot tooling, feeds, speeds, finishes, and machining problems Maintain quality and production requirements Keep your machine and work area clean and organized Work independently and keep jobs moving What We're Looking For Haas CNC experience — required 5-axis trunnion setup and machining experience — required Strong understanding of CNC setup and operation Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience using precision inspection equipment Ability to troubleshoot tooling and machining problems Experience proving out programs and making in-process adjustments Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to quality and workmanship A Four-Day Workweek Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM-4:30 PM 40 hours per week Work four 10-hour days and have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every week. That means a three-day weekend every week without sacrificing a full-time, 40-hour schedule. For an experienced machinist, the expectations are straightforward: safely set up and run the equipment, produce quality parts, troubleshoot normal machining issues, maintain your work area, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
