  • $35 per hour depends on experience and education (this will be evaluated in an interview) Summary A CNC Machinist is able to program, setup and operate a variety of machines uses company supplied resources.
They are a craftsman and are responsible for their quality of work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create machining programming and production plans using Mastercam 2026 Post and load programs into the machine Set up and replaces tools without supervision Load material in machine. Start machine and observe cutting operation Make offsets independently to finish the set up process Compare numerical data display with specifications on operations sheet Adjust tool lengths and fixture offsets if required Monitor tooling usage for maximum cost effectiveness Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the part. Authorized to stop processes to ensure quality Responsible for machine turnovers to adjacent shift operators Follow direction from team lead, shop foreman, and general manager in order to facilitate work processes Maintain a clean work space. Properly clean and maintain work equipment Qualifications
  • 5+ years of machining experience
  • Mastercam experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a Machining program at an accredited trade school Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Interpersonal Skills
