If you thrive on nailing a setup, reading a complex blueprint, and proving it out with meticulous inspection, you'll feel at home here. We're a 70+ year, privately held aerospace manufacturer operating a clean, modern environment—not a job shop. The components you cut today will fly tomorrow—commercial and defense. You confidently read manufacturing specs and apply GD&T fundamentals (helpful but not mandatory). You document inspections using advanced gauges and keep parts on tolerance. Your background 1+ years on CNC lathes, mills, OR grinders; 4+ preferred, but we hire for mastery, not just mileage. Hands‑on setup experience (required) and prior inspection exposure. Experience from aerospace, medical, tool & die, automotive, or job shops translates well.
