This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, benefits, and long-term career growth. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual machinery , including lathes, mills, drill presses, and boring mills. Edit and input CNC programs using G-code/M-code and controls such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Haas. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and job layouts . Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, depth gauges, and bore gauges . Maintain tight tolerances, potentially down to ±0.0005" . Perform basic machine maintenance and follow all safety and PPE requirements. Qualifications 3-5+ years of CNC and manual machining experience , preferably in a precision job shop environment. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Proficiency with shop math, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. High School Diploma/GED required; machining apprenticeship or technical degree preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
