What You'll Do:
Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls Work on 3
- 4• and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups ________________________________________
What You Bring:
3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve High school diploma or GED preferred 1st or 2nd Shift (2
Shift:
3-Day Workweek

Work Schedule:
1st Shift or 2nd Shift 1st
- M-Th 6:00am
- 3:00pm, F 6:00 am
- 12:00 pm, additional hours as required 2nd
- M-W 3:00pm
- 3:00am, 3 day work week, paid for 40 hours.
Pay:
