Job Description

CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist - Experienced (3+ Years)
Location:
Hobart, WI Position Overview We are looking for skilled CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist with 3+ years of experience to join our our 2nd shift team, working three 12-hour shifts Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a job shop environment, and enjoys working on a wide variety of precision components. You will be responsible for full machine setups, optimizing processes, and producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Perform complete setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs Edit programs at the machine and troubleshoot issues Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances are met Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes Mentor and support less experienced machinists Equipment You'll Work With Haas Kitamura Trak Doosan What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes) Strong setup experience and ability to run independently Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T Experience with program edits and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities Why Join Us High earning potential based on skill and output Diverse work—small batch, high-mix machining Clean, well-maintained, and organized shop Collaborative and skilled team environment
