• 12:00 PM. Pay rate is $30.00
• $34.00/hour Key Responsibilities
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lathe-focused)
• Read and interpret blueprints, models, and specifications
• Create and modify CNC programs
• Inspect machined parts to ensure customer specifications are met
• Complete and maintain production and inspection records in ERP
• Identify and report defects, material issues, or process concerns
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Team Lead Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain tooling, fixtures, and setup resources
• Support programming and machining strategy improvements
• Participate in daily scheduling and production planning
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Planner to meet production goals
• Assist Engineering with quoting and process development
• Train and mentor new and current employees
• Serve as a technical resource to support team performance and efficiency Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Heated and ventilated production floor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Use of hands for machine operation and inspection

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a machine shop environment
• Lathe experience is required
• Programming experience required
• Experience with ERP systems such as ProShop is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
