Manual Lathe Machinist What You'll Do Set up and operate manual lathes and mills to produce tight-tolerance parts Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect your own work using micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards Lead efforts in our Repair Department What You Bring 3-5 years of Experience running manual lathes in a job-shop or repair environment Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Why Join Becker Machine & Balance?
