What Youll Be Doing:
The Utility Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks throughout the production process to meet specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Operate a variety of coil winding equipment, including hand-guided bench lathe machines, Bachi, Broomfield, and hand winders.
Prepare coils for building and testing by bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, and soldering.
Attach wires and lugs using crimps and other assembly methods.
Use pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools.
Operate robotic welding equipment.
Perform transformer potting using epoxy and silica sand while minimizing material waste.
Use lift-assist equipment to safely move and handle products.
Participate in physical inventory activities.
Meet established productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
Perform additional duties as production needs change.

What Were Looking For:
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, visual aids, control drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and other production documents.
Good verbal communication and time-management skills.
Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible and able to adjust to changing assignments and priorities.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Stand for the entire shift.
Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
Use lift assistance for heavier products.
Perform repetitive hand movements requiring good hand dexterity.
Occasionally bend, stoop, and reach.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and in small or narrow spaces as needed.

Pay Details:
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
