Volt is immediately hiring an Manufacturing Production Associate in Rainsville, Alabama 35986 As a Manufacturing Production Associate you will: Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Operate coil winding machines and manufacturing equipment. Assemble, shape, bend, cut, sand, solder, and prepare transformer components. Use pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools. Operate robotic welding equipment. Perform potting operations using epoxy and silica sand. Safely move materials using lift-assist equipment. Support inventory counts and production activities. Meet productivity, quality, and efficiency goals. Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards. Perform additional manufacturing duties as needed. This is a full-time opportunity .

Schedule :

Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) The ideal candidate will have: Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions, drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate:

$15.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd Shift.
