Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator ( or willing to learn) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Studer CNC Grinder and Inspecting parts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery in fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-precision components. Duties Operate CNC Grinding machine, following technical drawings and production documents Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and fabrication instructions to ensure accurate machining Use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and quality control Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC Grinder a plus, but we are willing to train. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Ability to perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and GD&T principles Experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, assembly line operations, and materials handling techniques a plus.
