2nd Shift $20/hr. 1:30 pm to 10 pm 3rd shift - 9:30 pm to 6 am $22 We are hiring a machine Operator / Weaver to join our production team. This position involves working with carbon fiber materials, setting up equipment, and operating weaving machines in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate weaving machines (looms) Load yarn spools onto creels (spools weigh 1-20 lbs.) Monitor machines during operation and watch for defects Perform quality checks on finished fabric Change yarn packages as needed Remove completed fabric rolls and restart new rolls Complete required paperwork and labeling Maintain a clean and safe work area Report any machine or safety issues to supervisor
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Basic math skills required Able to stand and walk for full 8-hour shift Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull carts (with assistance) Must be reliable and able to work independently Overtime and rotating weekend availability required Reliable transportation required
