Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory practices, materials handling, and lean manufacturing principles. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient production operations while adhering to CGMP regulations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues. Prepare and package chemical products according to established specifications. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers and quantities. Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for continuous improvement. Assist in laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products. Follow all safety protocols and CGMP guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Perform materials handling tasks, including the movement of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse. Experience Previous experience as a Chemical Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. Knowledge of machining processes and fabrication techniques is advantageous. Experience in a laboratory setting is highly desirable. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
