Perform routine and as-needed maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Oversee the full scope of printing and sign production, including graphic design and layout, file preparation, and operating wide-format and flatbed printers and plotters to produce high-quality finished products.

Essential Functions:

Set up and prepare machinery for production operations. Operate equipment and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and output quality. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Interpret and follow graphics, technical specifications, and engineering drawings. Accurately read, understand, and execute work orders. Minimum Qualifications / Skills High school diploma preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of Coral, AutoCad, and Omax Layout Ability to read and interpret Engineering and Graphic drawings Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift. Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl as required to operate and maintain equipment. Ability to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks, including handling tools and materials. Visual acuity to read detailed work orders, measurements, and design specifications. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
