Spice & Seasoning Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking Spice Operators to join our production team. The Packing Operator will be responsible for packing and packaging spices, seasonings, and dry food ingredients while following production, quality, food-safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working around spices and seasoning powders , performing repetitive packaging tasks, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and sanitary production area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pack and package spices, seasonings, and dry ingredients according to production specifications. Operate and monitor packaging equipment and production-line machinery. Load and supply packaging materials to the production line. Weigh, measure, and verify spice and seasoning products as required. Inspect packages for proper seals, labels, weight, dates, and product quality. Ensure the correct product and packaging materials are being used to prevent product mix-ups. Label and palletize finished products for storage or shipment. Assist with product changeovers and line setup. Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work areas. Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures . Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area. Report damaged packaging, incorrect labels, contamination, equipment issues, or quality concerns immediately. Complete production records and required documentation accurately. Meet daily production, quality, and productivity requirements. Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors. Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in food manufacturing, spice/seasoning production, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred . Experience with production-line or packaging equipment is a plus. Ability to work around spices, seasoning powders, and food ingredients . Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive packaging and production tasks. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must follow all GMP, food-safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Food Handler certification is a plus. Repetitive hand and packaging movements. Lifting and moving materials as required. Working around spices, seasonings, and dry food ingredients . Must follow required PPE and sanitation procedures. In-person position in a food manufacturing facility.
