This position assembles foam-related products while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. Work may involve semi-automated machinery, heat-weld guns, power tools, and other hand tools. Key Responsibilities Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to established specifications. Operate manual and power tools, semi-automated machinery, robotic equipment, heat-weld guns, and other equipment as required. Perform basic measurements and verify product dimensions as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or other issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work cooperatively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Communicate with Team Leads and Supervisors regarding product questions, quality concerns, or production issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred but not required. Basic math skills. Ability to read and understand a standard tape measure. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow company safety policies and procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to regularly use hands and fingers for assembly, tools, and equipment. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with assembly work.

Pay:

$17.79 - $20.00 per hour
