We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented mixer/blender to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing and mixing cosmetic products according to formulas, batch instructions, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh and measure raw materials accurately according to formulas. Mix and compound cosmetic products following batch instructions and GMP procedures. Operate mixing and compounding equipment safely. Complete and maintain accurate batch documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with formulas, materials, or batches. Lift and handle raw materials as required.

Qualifications:

Previous compounding, batching, or manufacturing experience preferred. Comfortable using scales and performing basic calculations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, or must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
