Pay Rate:

$20.97/hour Job Responsibilities Complete machine set-ups based on the assigned product line. Perform machine teardown and setup of required tooling. Follow all safety protocols, operating procedures, and work instructions. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and understand English, including safety protocols, operating procedures, labels, and work instructions. Basic computer skills. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach in the workplace. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally throughout the shift. Ability to stand continuously for 8-10+ hours per shift. Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of machine operation experience is highly preferred. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
