We're hiring dependable Event Setup Crew to help us load up, deliver, set up, and tear down across the entire 209. This is real, physical work, and we want to be upfront about that before you apply. If early mornings and hard work sound good to you, keep reading. What you'll actually do: Load and unload inflatables — think rolled units from 50 to 500 lbs — on and off our trucks. Dont worry, we have electric dollies that make this pretty easy believe it or not Ride along on delivery routes, use our software to notify customers, clean and sanitize units on site We work efficiently, we have times of how long each unit should take to set up, so being quick and efficient is the name of the game Be the friendly face at the door: parents and kids are excited to see you, and first impressions matter Come back at the end of the day to tear down, roll up, and reload Keep our gear and trucks clean and in good shape Who we're looking for: Reliable, first and foremost — a no-show means a kid's birthday party with no bounce house, so showing up on time is the whole job Available weekend mornings (Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days, starting early) Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly, outdoors, in Central Valley summer heat A good attitude — cheerful and easy to work with, even when it's 8am and 95 degrees Reliable transportation to our Oakdale yard by 6:30am

We also do Christmas Lights in the offseason and this is our main way of keeping our crew busy all year long.
