: Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team in Oceanside, CA. The role involves performing hands-on assembly of precision components while adhering to established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform assembly operations of small precision components and products according to work instructions.
Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, drawings, and visual work instructions.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and report quality issues or defects to the appropriate team member.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and support daily manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience using hand tools.
Experience in precision assembly or manufacturing environments.
Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
Previous experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
