Job Description

Connect Staffing is hiring a Cleanroom Operator for a medical device manufacturing facility in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire morning position paying $20/hr. In this role, you will inspect and measure medical device components — including lenses and injector parts — using a microscope, tweezers, and hand tools inside a cleanroom environment. This is a long-term placement with a globally recognized medical technology company.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:30 PM, must be available to work overtime (10 or 12 hour shifts, and Saturdays) as needed

English Work Environment:
Cleanroom / Regulated manufacturing Responsibilities Perform detailed visual inspections of medical device components using a microscope at various magnification levels to identify defects. Handle small lenses, injector parts, and components using tweezers and precision hand tools. Complete work orders and maintain documentation in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures and line clearance requirements. Identify, document, and scrap defective materials per established quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles in a cleanroom setting. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry (pharmaceutical, aerospace, electronics). Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or GDP (Good Documentation Practices) documentation. Experience performing visual inspection or quality control in a production environment. Comfort working with microscopes or other magnification/inspection equipment. Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Pre-Employment Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify). Drug screen required. Background check required. Pre-employment physical / fit-for-duty exam required.
