Connect Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a medical device manufacturing facility in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire 2nd shift position paying $21/hr, with weekly overtime and mandatory Saturday OT when applicable. In this role, you will inspect and measure optical components using a microscope and small-handling tools inside a cleanroom environment. This is a long-term placement with consistent hours and overtime available most weeks.

Weekly OT required (~58 hrs OT/wk when applicable); Saturday OT mandatory when scheduled Responsibilities Inspect and measure optical lens and injector components using a microscope at various magnification levels and perform detailed visual defect identification inside a cleanroom production environment. Handle small components using tweezers and precision small-handling tools to avoid contamination or damage. Complete work orders accurately and document all production activity following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Identify and scrap defective materials according to quality standards and document findings appropriately. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) material procedures and maintain 5S standards in the cleanroom work area. Communicate production, quality, and safety concerns to technicians, leads, and supervisors as they arise. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment. Background in medical device, optical, or electronics manufacturing. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or GDP (Good Documentation Practices). Experience performing visual inspections using a microscope or magnification equipment. Basic computer skills including web browser navigation and use of online work order systems. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
