Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will not just run one machine, you will become an expert across our entire production line. This role offers cross-training in every department to ensure long-term stability and career advancement. This fast-paced role requires a strong sense of urgency to keep production running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment, including band saws, sanders, and press machinery. Cross-train and support all manufacturing departments as needed. Handle general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials. Maintain a high sense of urgency to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Production or Machine Operation. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read and work from drawings or blueprints. Solid math and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proven history of excellent attendance and reliability.
Schedule & Hours:
Status:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week (plus overtime)
Days:
Monday through Friday Training Hours (First 4-5 months): 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (or up to 3:30 PM for OT)
Post-Training Hours:
