In this energetic role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of appliances and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients' equipment operates efficiently and reliably, delivering exceptional service and support in diverse environments. Duties Install, repair, and maintain appliances such as refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems across various client sites. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems using specialized tools and diagnostic techniques. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, parts, and equipment to job sites. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for accountability and future reference. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures related to HVAC systems and appliances. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation and maintenance. Familiarity with refrigeration technology, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning units, and HVAC system repair. Ability to operate maintenance tools effectively and perform equipment repairs efficiently. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) processes is preferred. Leadership qualities that enable you to work independently or guide team members when needed.
